Assignment Minor (part 1): RECITEMENT CLIP 
Create a music video for one of the tracks of the recitement CD.

RESEARCH
Read about the lyrics and get into the lyrics of the writer and his performer… Try to understand the feeling of the song. After doing this you have to try and visualize your ideas by making a mood board.

CONCEPT / STORYBOARD
Ask yourself in what kind of style you want to make this music video.
Is it going to be stop-motion, a typographical movie, a film, a drawn-animation, a clay-animation or for instance a photographical story.

Make a storyboard.

PRODUCTION
After the Concept /Idea/ en Mood Presentation at 08-10, the production phase starts.


In January the two parts of the recitement assignment, the 17 music videos and the APP, will be combined together in the RECITEMENT APP for the final presentation at 21-01-2010.


Assignment Minor (part 2): RECITEMENT as an Iphone APP format

The 17 music videos, the lyrics, the short biographies of all contributing authors, English translations, artwork gallery, interactive songselector, album credits etc. will be collected, and will form the RECITEMENT APP together, which you can download in the Apple Itunes store, for Ipod touch and Iphone.

The assignment is to create a RECITEMENT APP, which contains:

- Create the design of the RECITEMENT APP.
- Learn to be an APP developer
- Create a new and innovative interface for the navigation.
- Create online links to related songs, music videos (all 17) and websites

All parts are extra content and information adding to the original Recitement concept album, where music and spoken word are combined in a refreshing and innovative way. At this moment there are a couple of similar Itunes Apps, from music bands as: Wilco, Nine Inch Nails, Pink, Coldplay and the Presidents of the United States.
